We entered into a contract with BuyBox back in February, based on their extensive research and analysis of our account. They set a goal to get our sales back to where they were before the pandemic. However, since we signed, they've only managed to hit 2% of that target, lagging 15 ASINS behind what was agreed upon each month, and they haven't provided much of the promised services. They haven't made any adjustments or shown any improvement in performance over the past nine months of our agreement.

We entered into a year-long agreement and thankfully managed to exit it six months early. Seriously, don’t throw your cash at this agency. They actually made our sales decline, and when we faced issues like being delisted for ten days, they were no help at all (which shows they lack connections with Amazon). My ACOS skyrocketed while my ROAS plummeted. Sales were honestly worse than they were before we engaged with them. I bet after seeing these reviews, they’re pretty accustomed to clients ditching their contracts. Honestly, I want a refund. If you’re not a big-name brand, don’t expect them to invest any effort in your business. All they’ll do is collect a retainer. Just steer clear.

Buy Box Experts really nailed it in boosting our brand on Amazon! Marcus and his crew assisted with getting new products set up, crafted some stellar A+ content, optimized our ASINs organically, and ran our ad campaigns like pros. I’d totally suggest BBE to anyone wanting great outcomes on Amazon!

We used to work with a different Amazon PPC agency that got bought out by Buy Box Experts. Ever since that takeover, our monthly fees have shot up, we've gone through four different account managers in just two months, and honestly, not much has been done on our campaigns. Today, they mentioned needing a cut of our entire Amazon revenue, not just the paid ads. These folks have ticked all the boxes for what to steer clear of in an agency partner: poor performance, bad communication, no follow-up, and always looking to squeeze more cash for work they aren't even doing. So long, BBE!

I really can't recommend this company. To sum it up, they assured me of delivery and I went ahead and signed a contract. In the end, they delivered less than half of what was promised and then asked me to sign another contract, even though my Amazon account still had unresolved issues. We're talking about problems that date back over a year. They kept making excuses, claiming it wasn't their area of expertise, and said they would sort it out. But here we are, nothing has been fixed, and now they refuse to help because they claim our contract has expired. I could keep going, but just a heads up—be cautious. I ended up losing thousands on unfinished projects, and my Amazon account is a total mess.

Steer clear of this company. I joined them back in October 2020 to manage my Amazon USA and Amazon DE accounts. In the three months I was with Buy Box, before I finally got out of that two-year contract, my sales went up by 36. That’s 36 extra sales in just three months after shelling out about $12,398.33 on their fees and ads. They’ll make big promises but don’t deliver. I sent a complaint letter and never heard back. *Update* As you can see from their response, which came 10 months later, save your cash and find a company that actually gives a hoot.
